PREMIER LEAGUE OFFICIAL AND LONG-SERVING ARMY MAN ANDY ON HIS MBE

Andy Halliday has worked as an assistant referee in the Premier League for the last 13 years as well as serving in the Army for 31 years as a Royal Army Physical Training Corps Instructor and on the Army Referee Executive Committee. He was awarded an MBE for services to football earlier this month.
